A guided tour through coffee cultivation, native forest & ecological restoration
This guided walk takes place inside a living landscape where coffee cultivation, forest regeneration and biodiversity coexist as part of the same system. Rather than following a fixed route, the experience unfolds as a continuous journey through different zones of the nature reserve, shaped by terrain, vegetation and ecological processes.
The pace is unhurried and attentive, allowing time to observe how soil, water, trees and coffee plants interact — and how restoration and cultivation can support one another.
What you’ll experience along the way
- Forest regeneration and renaturation processes
- Coffee grown under native shade trees
- Processing methods and quality factors
- The role of biodiversity in agroforestry systems
